Waterstone Featured Twice in House Beautiful’s Kitchens Issue

Waterstone products are featured in two separate articles within House Beautiful’s 2022 The Kitchen issue. In an article entitled, “The Next Chapter”, Waterstone Faucets serve as sculptural centerpieces in a newly renovated kitchen designed by Caren Rideau of The Kitchen Design Group. The clients, having recently become empty-nesters, sought to breathe new life into their 15-year-old space with elegant, modernized appliances.  Rideau specified Waterstone Faucets in Polished Nickel, implementing both the Traditional PLP Pulldown and the Traditional Prep Size PLP Pulldown with Angled Spout. The white cabinetry and metallic accents in a mix of finishes create a space that is both airy and warm — perfectly enhanced by Waterstone Faucets.   In addition to this beautiful project feature, Waterstone is also included in “Quick Kitchen Switches”, a selection of top products that will transform a kitchen without remodeling. Waterstone’s Fulton Industrial PLP Faucet with Angled Spout makes the list of favorite faucets. With its detailed diamond knurling and signature PLP (Positive Lock Pulldown) technology, this faucet offers both sophistication and function.   The August/September issue of House Beautiful is available now in both print and digital formats!

As Seen In House Beautiful: October Issue Features Waterstone in 2 Kitchen Renovation Projects

We’re excited to share multiple Waterstone appearances in the October issue of House Beautiful! The Kitchen Issue features so many beautiful projects, and Waterstone can be seen in two of them – one project is located in Pacific Palisades, California and the other in Houston, Texas. While each home flaunts quite different design styles, both have used the Traditional Gantry Pulldown Faucet as a kitchen focal point. Pacific Palisades: Sea of Blue This Californian home was slowly renovated over the course of nearly ten years, with the kitchen being the last room to be reworked for the family of seven. Designer Caren Rideau created a dreamy kitchen with a built-in coffee space, a “sommelier center,” a walk-in pantry and direct access to the backyard. The kitchen is outfitted in hues of blue and patterned tile, as well as four Waterstone faucets: the Traditional Gantry plus accessories, two Traditional PLP Faucets (one on the island and another in the larder) and a Pot Filler. Every faucet is a gorgeous addition to the extremely practical space. The dramatic kitchen juxtaposes old-world French influences with modern glam and layered visual accents. The Traditional Gantry faucet was placed right in front of a half-moon shaped window in the center of a cobblestone wall, which is complemented by concrete countertops and custom black metal and glass shelving. On top of the Calacatta marble island is the Towson Prep Faucet, and the adjacent accent wall with hand-painted terra-cotta tile houses our Pot Filler and a La Cornue stove. Take a Peek at Waterstone in this Colorful 1920s Home Featured in House Beautiful

Waterstone’s recent appearance in House Beautiful’s April/May 2020 issue is too gorgeous not to share. Grace Mitchell, an interior designer and star of HGTV’s One of a Kind, showcased her renovated home in the Color Issue, an apt theme to feature the eclectic home. The four-bedroom Fort Worth house was built in 1919, which brought forth a long list of obstacles. But Mitchell loved the original period details of the home, built in an era when craftsmanship could be found in the smallest of details. Intent on honoring the era, when the back porch became too destitute to function, she decided to replace it with a garden room based on a set of 1920s plans she acquired from eBay. The plant-filled room has herringbone concrete floors that bring an indoor-outdoor element to the space right off the kitchen. The home is a perfect balance between old and new, with many antique pieces used throughout and balanced out by contemporary and glamorous design elements. The kitchen is arguably the most modern room in the house with its white cabinetry, white and grey tile backsplash and marble countertops. Unsurprisingly, there is a bright pop of color found in the antique steel window frame, painted in the same minty green that covers the millwork in the entry hallway. In front of the window is a farmhouse style sink and our very own Traditional Towson Faucet and accessories, including our Traditional Side Spray and the Annapolis Filtration Faucet. The suite is the perfect vintage addition while our Satin Brass finish is a particularly luxurious offering in the kitchen’s transitional design.
